Need A Refill?
If possible, give a list of the medications you need or are running low on to your physician at your next appointment. If a prescription is needed between appointments, please have your pharmacy call our office after 3:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. Narcotic prescriptions cannot be phoned into your pharmacy. They must either be picked-up at our office or mailed to you. NARCOTICS CANNOT BE FILLED AFTER 4:00 p.m. ON WEEKDAYS OR AT ALL ON WEEKENDS.
