On your first visit to our clinic, you will meet with an account representative who will verify your insurance benefits and discuss payment options. These options are based on types of coverage and services rendered. The account representative is also able to discuss potential financial arrangements at this time. Our statements are mailed each month, and you will receive one regardless of insurance or payment arrangements.
Our account representatives will be happy to assist you with your health insurance forms. However, you must make any necessary insurance follow-up inquiries. All charges not paid by your insurance company will be your responsibility.
